Pilates Method of Conditioning
The Pilates method of conditioning is a series of graceful yet concentrated exercises that helps develop strength and definition in the muscles of the abdomen, back and hips, while improving flexibility, alignment, posture, balance, stamina, and coordination. The Pilates Method promotes physical harmony, injury prevention and balance for people of all ages and fitness levels while providing a refreshing and energizing workout.
Pilates exercise can be done on the floor or on specially designed equipment. Personal Best offers a fully equipped Pilates studio featuring reformers, towers, and a split chair.
All sessions are conducted by highly experienced, professionally certified pilates instructors. Personal Best offers individual Pilates instruction, duets or closely supervised small group sessions.
Golf Fitness Training

Bootcamps, TRX Suspension Training, Group Exercise Classes
Bootcamps: Get in Shape, Lose Weight, and Have Fun! Personal Best's Bootcamp program recognizes each individual at their current fitness level. No one will be left behind and no one will be asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Regardless of your fitness level or ability you will be able to participate.
Bootcamp sessions are held every Monday & Thursday from 6 to 7pm and Saturdays from 10am to 11am. Bootcamp sessions are held all year round, indoors & outdoors!
New to Bootcamp and a little anxious about getting started? Not to worry! Personal Best offers a 'Bootcamp for Beginners' program. Our 'Bootcamp for Beginners' program is designed to give you a 'step-by-step' overview of our regular Bootcamp program. We'll teach you how to use resistance tubing, fit loops and other exercise 'toys' that we use during Bootcamp. Plus, we'll show you 'beginner' versions of each exercise that we do at Bootcamp so that you'll feel comfortable participating. Afterwards, you'll get a chance to meet your fellow Bootcampers! If you feel comfortable at that point, you can decide to participate or watch the Bootcamp session live!
TRX Suspension Training: Personal Best offers individual and small group cutting-edge TRX Suspension training, designed to reduce body-fat, tighten abs, sculpt and tone the entire body without weights. TRX suspension training was first introduced by the US Navy Seals. It's designed to use your own body weight and gravity to reduce body-fat, increase muscle definition, develop strength, balance and flexibility.
TRX workouts add elements of instability and high-intensity by using all body-weight based exercises. It's known as the "All-Core All the Time" workout. Youth Conditioning & Sports Specific Training

Personal Best's Youth Conditioning Program is designed to teach your child age-appropriate, proper weight training techniques so that they can learn the fundamentals of a proper training program as they get older. Your child will 'learn and apply' a training program that they will perform on their own (we call it 'fit-work'), while working side-by-side with a Personal Best fitness professional to stay motivated and continue making strides. In addition, your child will learn basic nutrition information to help them make healthy eating choices.
Sports Specific Training: At Personal Best, we train all athletes engaged in all types and levels of sport, from elementary to high school, to collegiate and professional levels. Our elite fitness professionals serve as mentors, educators and motivators to help enhance athletic performance. For young athletes to be more efficient in any sport they need to learn how to train movements specific to their sport. The "one workout fits all" mentality simply does not work.
